
Publicity caravan
First created for the Tour de France in 1930, the publicity caravan has become bigger and better over the years. This festive and creative opening parade, much-loved by fans and sponsors alike, has become an essential part of the Tour de Romandie and now the Tour de Romandie Féminin as well.
The line of eye-catching vehicles, all promoting a particular brand or region, will parade past fans handing out gifts along the route for around 30 minutes before the start of the race.
