The P'tit Tour of Romandie

On the Tour road, children discover the backstage of the Tour de Romandie Féminin and can experience the joys of cycling.

15 children born between 2009 and 2013 will participate in an extraordinary day during the Tour de Romandie: they are invited to discover the atmosphere of the stage finish (village, TV platform, commentators« trucks, etc.) and meet for the »Petit Tour de Romandie”.

They take part in a non-timed mini-parade held at the end of the day, waiting for the arrival of the champions. They then have the opportunity to take part in a photo session on the podium, and then to follow the end of the race in privileged conditions. The participants are accompanied by two experienced monitors who are experts in the world of the little queen. This group of future participants is made up of children invited by the respective Host-Towns.

THE LITTLE TOUR OF ROMANDIE

Concept: This activity allows children to discover the backstage of the Tour de Romandie and to experience the joys of cycling.

About fifteen children participate in a day rich in discoveries: they are invited to discover the atmosphere of the arrival of the stage (village, TV platform, commentators’ trucks, etc.), before taking their bikes to do a small non-timed course while waiting for the arrival of the champions. The participants then have the opportunity to climb onto the podium for a photo session, before following the end of the race in privileged conditions. The children are accompanied by an experienced monitor and expert in the world of cycling, as well as an accompanying city-stage official.
